Okay.
So I think I've found a solution.
I grabbed the latest copy of the net-snmp source code from the SVN repository.
I applied patches 1794532, 1792716 and 1805971 to the source code but no luck.
Was not able to keep the agent up and running for more then 30 seconds.
I then applied patch 1

In our project, we are using Net-SNMP version 5.3.0.1 provided by
Windriver Linux.
There is a requirement to do notification filtering as per the RFC
2573n.
I would like to know whether notification filtering is supported by
NET-SNMP 5.3.0.1 version
or any latest versions of NET-SN
