Once attached over UDP, the ping and response packets head backwards and
forwards just nice

Is it a stupid idea to make snmpset able to et values of type NULL?
If it is then I think we should return the 'n' type list in snmpset.
If it isn't then I think we should add support for the 'n' type. It
boils down to the attached patch since most of the support is there
already.

What happens if you run "agent/snmpd -H" by hand?
See chapter "14. OpenSSL and crle" in README.solaris for the most likely
reason (and fix).

Thanks Thomas, at least it all appears to compile now (I had put the
/usr/ccs/bin in my PATH variable to get 'make' to work, but I'd already
run ./configure at that stage). Now, I'm having a problem with the 'make
test' routine. I've folllowed the Solaris specific instructions -
stopped and disable
