I found a /usr/include/sys/un.h. Assuming this is the one you are talking
about, I have attached it to this email.
I also found a net-snmp-config.h in the (net-snmp pkg root)/include/net-snmp/
directory. As the only other one I found in the delivered package was at
(net-snmp pkg root)/win32/n

Note that I doubt the Net-SNMP software version is relevant here.
I strongly suspect the issue is related to SNMPv3 Informs,
rather than filtering of Traps-vs-Informs.
