You are probably correct but not being a Linux guru and more of a network
kind of guy, I don't know what selinux is or how to tweak it or just turn it
off. Do you how where I can learn about this?

Can any one help me figure out why I’m get permission

Using version net-snmp-5.2.1.2-fc4.1 here is what I have
Snmpd.conf
exec active_calls /bin/bash /usr/src/results
when I walk the mib or snmpget I get back
