I am trying to add a new MIB in net-snmp .What i did is-
1. Generate a new MIB (i.e. DEALN-TROPO-MIB) by some MIB builder software
2. I copied DEALN-TROPO-MIB into usr/snmp/mibs
3.I ran mib2c -c DEALN-TROPO-MIB::sysRate
