Sorry for the duplication across mailing lists, but I am trying to get any
information on this subject.
I have the task of writing an SNMP Agent to be used on a number of platforms
one of which is vxworks.
I would be grateful if anyone could provide any information regarding using
net-snmp
Your best bet might be to just try it. Do a ./configure; make and see if
there are errors. If not try adding the MIB modules in one at a time by
adding --with-mib-modules="module" to the configure line. If the compile
does fail look through the errors and see if it is something you can fix

mailing list for information on porting net-snmp onto
vxworks but couldn't find much info.
If someone in here has already done it, can you please
provide me with some info on how to go about porting
and the issues that need to be addressed
