This is an selinux error message. I personally know very little about
selinux other than it gets in the way a lot.
When I encounter an error message that I don't understand, I like to
search for it in Google. Searching for "cannot
shared libraries: libnetsnmp.so.20: cannot enable
executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied
But I checked libnetsnmp.so on my device, I do have the permission to excute it
and I am having root privilege:
[root@limei net-snmp-5.5.1]# ls -l /usr/local/lib/libnetsnmp.so.20

Check the snmpd.conf file , may be the
community string specified is not in sink with the agent community...

Can any one help me figure out why I’m get permission
denied in the following case.
Using version net-snmp-5.2.1.2-fc4.1 here is what I have
Snmpd.conf
exec active_calls /bin/bash /usr/src/results
when I walk the mib or snmpget I get back
bin/bash: /usr/src
