You'll need to use a tool such as 'emacs' or 'vi' or
something similar :-)
Generate a template for the scalar objects and the table
separately, and then merge the two files by hand.

mib2c for a MIB that mixes scalars and a table.
Because when I use "mib2c -c
../../local/mib2c.iterate.conf MIBNODE", only the
table can be accessed.
The MIB is given below.
