address binded for debian package

2009-05-12 Thread Harrie Hazewinkel
Hi all, I noticed that the documentation 'man snmpd' it is written that the snmpd listens on UDP port 161 and all interfaces. However, the debian package I installed does it ONLY for 127.0.0.1:161. Has this been changed once in the net-snmp distribution or is it caused by the debian package? J

MSTP MIB?

Problem with snmpset.

2009-05-12 Thread Noppadol Sotanakul
Hi, I have a question about using snmpset. I would like to set the value of prErrFix (variable in prTable). Firstly, I used the snmpget command to get the value of prErrFix (snmpget -v 1 -c public localhost prErrFix.1) and the output was "UCD-SNMP-MIB::prErrFix.1 = INTEGER: noError(0)".
