I want install net-snmp at command mode, now I've known the /S for
quiet mode, and I want choice these components:
1. with windows Extension DLL support
2. development files
I wouldn't use agent_trap functions at all inside a subagent if
possible. This would preclude connecting the subagent via AgentX, but
mostly it's just not necessary.
I am developing in the master agent, not in a subagent at my embedded ARM
node. I don't have multiple application

What address(es) is your snmptrapd listening on? To receive traps to
localhost you must have either 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 in the list.

neither a net-snmp nor Windows term. What do you mean?
You should read the sections Running Net-SNMP as a replacement for
Quiet Mode in a Windows context usually means installation without asking
questions of users, without generating pop-ups during the install, etc.
