Is this something enabled from snmpd.conf? or is it enabled by default?

I’m trying to use snmpget and I see an error. I’ve attached the snmpd.conf as
well as the output of snmpget. I’m using linux Centos.

I still can't get net-snmp to show up in running services for SLES 11.. It
only shows in snmptrap as running.. in netstat -lu
On Opensuse 11.1 , it shows both snmp and snmptrap working fine..
I can't figure out what's wrong...
For the OPensuse system i get
