When I execute [snmpwalk -c public -v1 localhost -On] in my Ubuntu shell
(on vm ware) I see an OID such as:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.28.0 which has a Counter32 value and is translated
to: SNMPv2-MIB::snmpOutGetResponses.0
