An interesting update to this. With the ARM target's agent logging some debug, I see that it is happily digesting snmpTargetAddrRowStatus.\'testTarget\` (for example) as OID .1.3.6.1.6.3.12.1.2.1.9.116.101.115.116.84.97.114.103.101.116 from the snmpset running on the Fedora host. On the ARM t
