I’ve created a MIB which contains 2 object Counter1 and Counter2.
Thanks to the mib2c tool, I’ve generated the associated C skeleton and
configure, compile and install. I succeeded to retrieve information thanks to
snmpget command.

Yes it's compulsory. This is an option that's not snmpd specific
