You might like to have a look at the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB:
snmpwalk -v 2c -c public localhost hrSWRunTable
I think it's got everything you might like from the ps command.

Hi there,
Thanks, that works! But why doesn't this appear when I do an snmpwalk
without specifying the OID?
If I just do a 'snmpwalk -v 1 -c public localhost' I don't see the
UCD-SNMP-MIB entries at all. How can I get it to show all the MIBs when
I do a walk? I'd like to see what other attribut
other such things
which are useful, just no load average.
My snmpd.conf boils down to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mibs # cat /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf | grep -v '^\(#.*\|\)$'
