We're using net-snmp 5.6 on Windows xp and trying to get notifications sent over DTLS. We're trying to figure out how to associate the snmpTlstmAddr entries with its associated entry in the snmpTargetAddr table. From RFC-5953, it mentions that the snmpTargetAddrName is the index for the snmpTlstmAddrEntry, but we're unclear on how to make that association with the snmpTlstmAddr entry (since snmpTargetAddrName shows up in the snmpTargetAddr entry); appreciate any help/suggestions.
