ven a thought on these two (and to ssh tunnel) too but I find kerberos far more interesting to involve with. Also, because of the the use of KSM in net-snmp, i feel that using kerberos to secure previous verisons of snmp with net-snmp as a toolkit, would be appropriate. Thank you for your interest
