ACM failure without error

Hi there, I am using netsnmp-5.0.9 agent on linux. I found that when a SET request failed because of the community string provided in the request is the rocommunity string, the request still returns SUCCESS. No error status is filled in the PDU to indicate this. Is this the expected behavior? If

question about ENDIAN

Hi, I am using net-snmp version 5.0.9 on linux. I am wondering if net-snmp takes care of the endianness to ensure that the integers sent out to the manager is in the network order.  If yes, do I need to apply any configuration options to make use of it?   Thanks Rachel Wang
