Unless you've compiled it yourself and added AES back in you'll find
that AES support is missing from the current builds of 5.4.
You could try using DES instead, which will give you V3 with slightly
more vulnerable encryption.

When linking to the static versions of the OpenSSL libraries these are
required to complete the link.
May I suggest that wherever libeay32.lib appears in the Win32 Makeifles
a gdi32.lib should always accompany it.
