Cummunity-MIB support?

Hi Does anybody know if the Community-MIB is supported? If so, how do I turn it on? I see the mib in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs, but I don't see any code for it in .../agent/mibgroups. Also, when I try to do a set on it, I get an error. Also don't see it on a mib walk. Thanks SteveK
