Hi there,
trying to use snmp on solaris and I would like to get 1,5,15 min load
averages out of it.
On linux I just use;
snmpget localhost -v 1 -c public laLoad.1
enterprises.ucdavis.laTable.laEntry.laLoad.1 = 0.64
for example.
I grabbed the binary of ;

My first post on list so I hope this isn't a FAQ with a really obvious
answer.
I've been developing a bunch of perl scripts to query snmpd on clusters
of Linux boxes, plugging the data into rrd databases and generating
graphs from them.
