I guess that the only way is to compile net-snmp with openssl support by

I'm struggling in getting SNMP executable work on Windows servers and Win 7.
I'm a bit confused at where to find the right net-snmp executables and the
right openssl installation.
I tried many combination of net-snmp and openssl (below 1.0.0) and the
result is exception while running or
