have to make snmpd available at this early level. Rest assured that
networking is already available once I call upon snmpd. But for some reason,
snmpd won't run until bootup executes (busybox') /bin/init.

"ipRouteIfIndex.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" quad-network object. Should net-snmp be
able
to safely reject/process such a request?
