When I tried snmpset to change ifAdminStatus, I got
following error.

snmpset -v 2c -c private localhost ifAdminStatus.4 = 2
Error in packet.
Reason: notWritable (That object does not support modification)
Failed object: IF-MIB::ifAdminStatus.4

Checking the code, there is an architecture-specific routine
netsnmp_arch_set_admin_status()

I see, thank you for cheking the code. Hope someone implement it in
near future.
