Thankyou for your reply. Now I am able to run net-snmp in debug mode.
I have installed net-snmp ver 5.5. I have configured with the attached
testmodule.c and testmodule .h mib. This mib is having two parameters. First
Parameter is integer and second parameter is string. When I query for
[ First - *please* don't mail me privately, without copying
any responses to the mailing list. I don't have the time
or inclination to offer private, unpaid, SNMP consultancy.
Keep discussions to the list, where others can both learn

To run the snmpd by the following procedure.
./configure --with-mib-modules=example
make
make install
snmpd -Dexample
Now the /var/log/snmpd.log file is not updated any snmp log data i.e.
DEBUGMSGTL(example, ...), and also the standard output printf data
also not shown any guidelines.

That will run the agent as a normal program, connected to the terminal,
and display any debug message or log output directly to this terminal
window (rather than in a log file
