Make sure the Microsoft 'SNMP Service' is not running as it will
conflict with the Net-SNMP agent.
Check the event log for any errors from Net-SNMP Agent. You can also
try running snmpd.exe from the command line to see if there are any
errors during startup.

errors and test after installation runs fine.

Agent starts as service but it will not answer to
