There's something wrong with the installer as Windows 2000 is supported.

Release notes of net-snmp 5.5 says It will work from windows 2000
onwards. But when I execute an net-snmp 5.5 binary in my windows 2000
machine with service pack 4 its not getting installed. It prompts a message
immediately once i clicked an exe saying
"This version of net-snmp 5.5.0
