Building net-snmp on Solaris 10, is supposed to be able to be used on Solaris
11. The only thing you may have to worry about is if underlying support
packages change between Solaris 10 and Solaris 11, especially if there’s an API
change.

(Building on 10 and run on 11) would work only sometimes not always.
Further, this will not help you in finding if the expected dependencies are
