Also I did a performance comparision with ifTable between netsnmp and
Emante, netsnmp is 5 times slower than Emanate. Any comment?

This particular MIB module is somewhat unusual anyway,
and would never have been particularly suited to automatic generation.

1) this is mentioned in FAQ.
'mib2c.raw-table.conf' is the lightest of the templates, and just provides a
fairly basic table framework. Most of the work of implementing the table -
detecting which row is required for a given request, retrieving or updating
the relevant column values,
