Hi all,
I am doing a project on SNMPv3. I was going through certain RFCs
(3411,3412,3417), wanted to query if the < net-snmp-5.4.2> package is
compliant with these RFCs? Could someone please tell me if that is the case,
or if not, could you please let me know which features or points are
missing?
Here is the RFC list:
1: An Architecture for Describing Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
Management Frameworks. It is defined in RFC-3411
2: Message Processing and Dispatching for SNMP. It is defined in RFC-3412
3: Transport Mappings for the SNMP v3. It is defined in RFC-3417
