Hi Ruan,
It looks like that MIB file is not syntactically correct SMI (according to
net-snmp).
Are you sure that the file does indeed contain SMI, the language used to
define MIBs? If you are, you can find a few different tools online that
could help you find the problem, and maybe even correct

at this OID

It would be a lot easier to help you if you supplied a copy of the WMAN-IF-MIB
file.

That's confirmed my guess.
.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.184.1.1.1.1.1.6 is indeed the OID of the MIB object
