And what "cron" entry are you using?
The snmpd.conf(5) man page gives the syntax as:

I wont to monitor the command shell result by netsnmp .
netsnmp versvion : 5.0.10.2
OS versvion : OSF1 V4 (tru64)
the command shell will execute every day at : 16h30.
