Hello.
I am trying to write an application that uses the functionality provided
by NetSNMP. I downloaded net-snmp-5.4.1.2 and compiled it with OpenSSL
disabled, Platform SDK support enabled, and install development files
enabled.
I then attempted to compile the sample code at

going to answer my own question, the file is there, it is (apparently)
created during the compilation process in the working dir, but
