There is, unfortunately, a long standing issue with the agent in it's
ability to deal with maxMsgSize issues. It will respond with sizes
bigger than the maxMsgSize.

My customer is trying to increase the maxMsgSize to 5000 bytes, but seeing
the message "Message size exceeded buffer maxMsgSize".
It works fine with 1472 bytes. How can I increase the size?
On a side note we decided to support only UDP.
