Not as standard, no.
Since anyone can apply for a personal enterprise number (and then
organise that tree however they see fit), there's never been the
need for this.

answer.
I've been developing a bunch of perl scripts to query snmpd on clusters
of Linux boxes, plugging the data into rrd databases and generating
graphs from them.
