i've settle the problem by changing the source in my
snmpd.conf from 3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::/64 to
3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::1(address of the server)

3. windows XP (client) 3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::5
each of this have net-snmp agent enabled except XP.
in my snmpd.conf

com2sec6 v6net 3ffe
