i have a problem with snmptrapd version 5.2.3 on debian. it seems as snmptrapd
looses some traps. the trap sender and snmptrapd are running on the same
physical maschine, communicating over lo, if i capture the network packets i
see all traps send. if i configure a simple trap handler shell
