I am getting the following when I run and snmpwalk command on a HP UX
Itanium system running 11.23.

How can I fixed the error message as red color part, when I execute snmpwalk
command as follow in Windows XP

The only advice I can give you here is to read the snmpcmd(1) man page
until your eyes hurt.
Then read it again.
Also check out:
-D TOKEN[,...]
Turn on debugging output for the given TOKEN(s). Try ALL
for extremely verbose output.

The first thing to check is whether this problem is arising
Turn up the debugging verbosity? Use tcpdump can capture the session?
More details on the agent? Any stateful inspection engines between you
and the agent?
