A small query by a new user.
When I use -c public localhost, then the list of MIB is retrieved
However when I query
-c public , then no result and time out occurs.
whats the problem when I query using IP and lot loopback using
localhost/127.0.0.1

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this testing. I use com2sec (and
the other items) in the snmpd.conf file to declare my v2c community strings. It
turns out that there's a discrepancy with how the backslash is handled in the
