Description
Would you like to work in a creative role involving digital media?
Knowle West Media Centre (KWMC) is looking for eight people aged between
18-24 to work collaboratively on an exciting web design, video and data
project. Successful candidates will help to deliver an interactive
documentary involving data streams and data visualisation.
Job Description
As a Junior Digital Producer, you will work with creative practitioners,
web developers, and the local community to explore how artistic working
with data can explore important local issues. The project will involve
researching relevant data and generating information using innovative
techniques of visualising the data in film.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following skills:
• Creative curiosity (interest in film, photography, sound or web design)
• A passion for learning
• An interest in working in digital media • Excellent communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to work to a brief
Previous experience is a bonus but not essential as full training will
be provided.
The programme will run from October 2014 to April 2015
