Dumb question: mount_null does not su
Hi
What are the performance implications of using -o log on a fs that is
remounted using mount_null? Is there any trouble with using -o log on
both mount? e.g.:
mount -o rw,log /dev/wd1a /foo
mount -tnull -o rw,log /foo /bar

I have a little experience with fluxbox in Linux Slackware 13.0 but never
generated a menu.
I am more familiar with icewm but still haven't generated a menu.

Hello,
I have an almost entirely usable desktop installation of Netbds 6.1.2
on my Thinkpad X61 (64 bit - 2G RAM).
I have installed both Firefox24 and Firefox17. I haven't installed the
Flash plugin yet as I wanted to investigate what I can get without
Flash.
Sound is working ok on the command l

I've modified the script and now it runs

Not really. I was happy with Fluxbox on Linux. I just don't understand
why I can't replicate the same behaviour on Netbds, but I'll keep you
posted about this.

I think the OP is really looking for a DE (desktop enviroment). While
it's true xx+dmenu will only list installed apps, from the OP's comments
it sounds like they aren't wanting all the tweaking - ie., dwm is
"configured" by re-compiling - and just want something you install once
and maybe change

If I understand Ottavio correctly, he wants to have a menu for a
window manager. That sounds like point&click and easy to use.
In that case dwm or i3 might not be the right ones. I don't
know what the problems with fluxbox-menu are, but maybe they are
easily solvable. I don't use fluxbox menus t
You can't go wrong with dwm or i3... both use dmenu by default I believe.
