Posted again on Netdev for completeness.

Hardware:

0000:00:0b.0 Ethernet controller: D-Link System Inc Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
(rev 11)
Subsystem: D-Link System Inc DGE-530T Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
Flags: bus master, 66Mhz, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 11
        Memory at fa000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16K]
        I/O ports at 1400 [size=256]
Expansion ROM at 30100000 [disabled] [size=128K]
Capabilities: [48] Power Management version 2
        Capabilities: [50] Vital Product Data

I tried 1.3/1.4 of the skge driver and got this, still crashes after some
minutes of load with corrupt TCP sessions in before.
I wonder if it is a hardware failure of the system (RAM?), the card (D-LINK
530T), a driver bug, a kernel bug?!?

UPDATE: I gave the (patched to recognize D-LINK again) sk98lin a try, now
the system is up for some hours.
