Hi Oliver,
Thanks for helping.
I understand that trouble shooting this way is complicated. Also i have no
knowledge of java.
I'f installed the the dev toolbar for Firefox and i used the java console. I
made a screenshot (supplied via Drop box).
May be you can point me in the right direction and i`l make some screenshots.

I`m using 3 kinds of browsers and all have the same result:
IE 11 (11.0.9600.17280)
Firefox 34 (34.0.5)
Chrome 39 (39.0.2171.95 m)

I have also a Netdisco 2.0 (version 2.029014) running at home. If i use the
same browsers shown above, it woks.
So i think it is the install @ work.

Thanks in advanced
Greetings
Palermo

Hi Andreas, James, &c,

I've modified the existing IP Inventory report to include the MAC address and fix sorting on last-seen date.

It'll be in the next point release.

Many thanks for the feedback,

regards,
oliver.

+1 for that suggestion!

We were expecting to have to write a custom report for it, but if last seen mac address and date it was seen could be added into the standard
IP inventory report, that would be even better.

Cheers,

James.

Hi,

Is there some way to get a mac-address report on a vlan or per CIDR
like the IP inventory report?

I apologize for the very late reply. I did not know how to answer...

When I type the command Netdisco ~ / bin / Netdisco-do discover -d
10.20.2.27 -DI, I get:

Hello all,

I really hope this isn't a stupid question.

My netdisco 2 setup has about 700 devices from all over the country, and
consequently macsuck and arpnip are running nearly constantly. I don't mind
if they only run once a day or so.

Currently my deployment.yml file looks like this:

# this is the schedule for automatically keeping netdisco up-to-date
# ``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
schedule:
  discoverall:
    when: '5 2 * * *'
  macwalk:
    when:
      min: 20
  arpwalk:
    when:
      min: 50
  nbtwalk:
    when: '0 8,13,21 * * *'
  expire:
    when: '20 23 * * *'

Can I just put a line for "when:" that looks like discoverall (cron format)
so it only runs once a day?

Thanks.

Andy
