The official install instructions are here:
https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Netdisco
I suggest that as you have not really got started, that you delete the
perl5 directory in your "netdisco" user's home, and start again using
the above page as a guide. Please follow every step exactly.
This will bring your installation fully up to date, and allow better
troubleshooting if there's a problem.

I manage to upgrade my PostgreSQL to 9.5.7 , using Perl 5.018
I can use WEB GUI to log in successfully but my problem comes that I
can't discover any Network Devices.
I am using SNMP V2 Community Read only String on my Switches , already
configured on my deployment.yml file ( screenshot Attached )
Any help or putting me into right direction would be really
appreciated.
