After some discussions on the weekly calls, we are going to avoid defining
"YANG schema". We'll roll the following terms into the next version of the
draft:

structure used to manage schema and conformance of YANG m

We discussed the following two open issues:
Jason: #74 items (a) and (c) and #38 (schema terminology)
Rob: #57 (mount points in packages)
For #74 we're done reviewing. Jason to update, issue PR, and pull changes into
the latest draft.
