Hi, I've been talking about release for quite some time, without getting
to it. I think the current state is pretty good, and I'd like to get the
release out before summer vacations. I know there are several very
desirable features being worked on, and I'm very happy about that, but
release line

The patch has some long lines broken, which had to be fixed for it to
apply correctly. For mailers that don't like long lines, sending patches
as text
