Thanks for all advice. During past months, I've been in contact with half a dozen different employers. Last week I handed in my resignation to Google, and end of August I will start working at VPN provider mullvad.net. Coming month, I'll be travelling and not have that much hacking time. My next priority will be to cherry-pick recent bug fixes (mostly portability issues) on their own branch, for a 3.8.1 bug fix release. Speaking of bugs, I'd also like to point out https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=46057. It's a corner case where ecdsa_verify can return an incorrect result. Probability of it happening appears about the same as the success probability of guessing the private key. May still be worth fixing, mainly to not to have to think about if there are some more clever way for an attacker to exploit it. Regards, /Niels -- Niels Möller.
