Hi There,
I am trying to configure a VPN connection with NM.
For some reason, NM is not finding the secrets it
needs, even if these are saved as part of the
configuration. The relevant log messages are below.
This VPN connection does work with vpnc from the
command-line.
I am using debian

Hi,
sorry to bother you with a user problem. I have a ID 1199:6832 Sierra
Wireless, Inc. MC8780 Device. Unfortunately NetworkManager in Ubuntu

Ubuntu 11.04 Natty (coming with NetworkManager version
0.8.3.998).

The Icera modem plugin has a _get_cid() wrapper call which checks for

Hi,
in case of a machine that is only connected via a link-local IP
address (169.254/16), the machine is (normally) not fully
connected to the internet nor the LAN. A well-known OS from
Redmond warns the user in this case about the probably lack of

I've setup a ipv6 tunnel broker using gogoc in ubuntu 11.04, but when i
go to test-ipv6.com it said that Your DNS server (possibly run by your
ISP) appears to have no access to the IPv6 internet, or is not
configured to use it. This may in the future restrict your ability to
reach IPv6-only sites.
