I tried to use network manager with two interfaces and ip masquerade and could not get it working. Eth0 is the internet interface connected with dhcp. eth1 is manually set to 192.168.0.1 etc... This couldn't be set with the nm-applet. I had to hand edit /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persi
