Historically, stuff directly at the 'Apache.Org' domain
has been related to the HTTP server project. Other
major projects, like the XML and Java stuff, came
afterward, and are based on a related hostname.
The HTTP server project started following suit when the
project's Web site became

I would like to propose the patch below for suexec in 1.3.20.
If accepted, I will work up a corresponding one for 2.0.
The effect of the patch is to allow 'suexec -V' to print a list
of its compile-time settings, similar to 'httpd -V'. I have
been having to help people debug suexec issues

I do not think anyone is suggesting that. apr_time_t is 1uS
resolution. However, having to fetch that and throw away
six orders of magnitude precision, hundreds of times per
second, strikes me as just plain stupid.
